Wyze advertised home security to me in their app. I signed up to see the features, then decided I did not want the features and quickly removed the licenses. They proceeded to resign me up for the service and charge my card. I have never once used it, but they claim 'no refunds,' and don't even provide you the dignity of a real human to speak with. Deceptive marketing and fraudulent business practices.

If I could give them zero stars I would. In the past year and a half we purchased a half dozen products from them. Three of those were cameras. 2 indoor and one doorbell cam. In the past 2 months all 3 of the cameras have died. They are useless paperweights. We contacted the company about the only one still in warranty, making sure to advise the others were dead as well. In short, the ring cam was bought during a promotion on Black Friday. Apparently that rendered it disqualified from warranty. The company considers it a “giveaway or donation” which is not legally accurate. Days of back and forth happened and we received an offer for a $5 gift card. This seems like a legit scam at this point. They would not escalate. They have the worst rating I’ve ever seen on the BBB. Save yourself the stress and frustration and just don’t ever buy from them.

terrible company! Don't buy the products or services. Products don't work, cameras and sensors - low quality. And they don't let cancel the services. Looks like a scam company.

Terrible Terrible policies- They sent me an email to upgrade my camera plus subscription, so I did. what they don't tell you... If you pre-paid for the previous plans that are individual for each camera, GUESS what?? They will NOT REFUND your money!!! CRAZY- This company has an F rating w/ the BBB. I regret not checking these ratings before investing and buying equipment. Don't do it. Save yourself the stress.

Bought 2 (!) wyze cam v3, but could not connect at remote distance. Who could imagine that those cams do not work ? So I ordered 2 cams! Plug and play with WYZE = Plug & Fail! Helpdesk only comes with standard replies. Explained on several occassions the issue to -as it seems- several persons. Still no result. And when it comes to refund or giftcards, or compensation, .... No luck either. Bad experience! never ever !!

If you can get a hold of customer service they are worthless. Cameras quit working and they would not stand behind it. They created several tickets and no results. I will be throwing my base and 2 cams in the garbage.

If there was something less than 1 star I would have selected that. I have 3 spotlight cams and Cam v3. Detection settings are pathetic - doesn't pick up a person but captures bugs every 5 minutes all night long. The option to gray out certain zones or items within frame does not work at all. My Cam 3 completely died after about 16 months. Was told its outside warranty - sorry. I just wish I had checked Trust Pilot before I purchased - its obvious with a 1.3 rating that this company is beyond poor!!
