Hit or miss. They have some growing to do. I suggest hitting them up on social media, IG in particular to get help. Their email support doesn't work. They need to focus on stabilizing those pieces before expanding so quickly because they need a lot more QC with the products, but especially with their customer service and tech support. They have promise, but I'm on the fence right now. You can't beat the price point, but they have a lot of work to do.

I have several Wyze cameras and sensors in my house. The products are inexpensive and yet functional. I had trouble with 2 of the 4 cameras and contacted Customer Service. While it may take the guys a day or two to get back to me, they are SUPER helpful and try assisting with trouble-shooting. If nothing works and the cameras are within warranty, they ship a new one out. Now THAT is what I call customer service! Thanks, guys!

To be honest I purchased Wyze on a whim. I've spent money on 3 camera's (1 pan, 2 normal) and I cannot believe the quality of the product. My purchase also includes 2 motion- and contact sensors, and they all work perfectly. Is there room for improvement, sure but this more on the software site so I can switch off notifications more precise, and im now toying with IFTTT which is not perfect either. But all in all I'm very pleased with the purchase

Amazing Deal! This is SO economical for any family. Their device can be used for a nanny cam, home security, etc. It is very versatile and an amazing deal! I suggest these for every household.
