The Skibidi toilet detection systems weren’t rizzing. So they were able to fanum tax me! This is NOT SIGMA and will not be tolerated.

I was signed up and charged for a Cam Unlimited subscription by Wyze without my knowledge for over a year before I caught it (my bad). They had my payment information for a Cam Plus Lite subscription for ONE functional camera that I did sign up for earlier (but the service never worked). I was charged for both subscriptions for ONE camera. Why would I do that? I was out over $150 additional for services I never asked for. When I contacted customer service they were simply uncaring and unresponsive. Absolutely NO refund so I asked for a credit towards any subscription........NOT. These folks are a bunch of crooked clowns, and their software is really poor. I have an Arlo system with four cameras that has pretty much functioned flawlessly for several years with NO costs. WYZE is an awful company. Don't give them the time of day.

I was trying to setup the new 2fa and contacted Wyze support. Let me tell you how much of a waste of my time that was. Totally useless people is who offered nothing for a solution to the problem I was having. Excellent equipment with terrible after sales support.

Beware. It has been impossible for me to unsubscribe from their emails. I no longer have their product. They are useless and incompetent to try to communicate with.

Wyze absolutely has the worst customer support. The people who answer the phone are nice enough but do not any idea how to resolve a problem. They sent an email to the next level up who then emails you. The emails are not helpful so I tried again and again to speak with someone who could help me. All to no avail. Strongly recommend you DO NOT go with unWyze.

Thought I was getting wireless got wired returned everything including mesh router. Looked all over for wireless, went down a rabbit hole...what the hell is going on with wyze. Super low reviews from you tubers. I am replacing 4 wyze cams that went tits up in less than a year. Don't know why I went back to wyze...going with Ring wireless now. Oh, and Wyze, you keep asking me for reviews...know your product before you do that. Lots, and I mean lots of folks are not happy with your wireless product. Oh well.

Wyze all I can say is terrible if I hear ready to set up one more time I will literally scream but you get what you pay for. Then you have no tech support . They need to create another way to set up your camera other than scan the QR code.

I was billed twice. Contacting this company and receiving help either through their chat or phone is nonexistent. Horrible customer service. Customers basically go in circles like a hamster in an exercise wheel getting nowhere.
