I bought the wise night vision camera, all seemed well until I had to return the item. Ok so I had to pay return shipping of $6.00. unfortunately someone at wise decided they needed to subtract $12.50 out of my return refund for shipping . Company is crap.

I've been a Wyze customer since the V2 camera was introduced, and for the most part I'm pleased. Every time a new product or feature came along new bugs came along with them. It seems that users are the Wyze test staff. It often takes many updates for Wyze to get it right. Many features that I have used & liked have simply been eliminated. Lately widgets have been drasticly changed. It's nearly impossible to get a widget to display which items that I want and where to put then in the widget. I've gone through all of the nonsense of selecting and deselecting favorites to get the correct items to display, but when I restore my favorites on the home screen, the widget is screwed up again. PLEASE, widgets need an edit function of their own! Another hot-button for me is the inability to selectively share SD card video on a per camera basis. Users are getting tired of asking for this. Giving out my login credentials is not an option to fix this problem. That gives way too much freedom to view & change my setup.

Wyze has terrible customer service. I used to overlook the problem and would have given them a 4 star rating, but now that they increased their costs by over 30%, I can't ignore it anymore. I've tried twice to get a problem resolved and what do I get in return? *crickets*

One word “SECURITY” I have had Wyze subscription for about 3 years and i love it. I mention your camera to all my friends and acquaintances.

Jenny was very considerate. I felt that she was listening to my concern. Made sire that I wasn’t alone in this process. And that was comforting as a customer.

Sean was great, friendly, professional and patient. I know this was a difficult situation and honestly I was a bit annoyed before we started chatting. He took the necessary steps and then escalated to someone else when he couldn’t get it. FANTASTIC support 10/10 thank you!

We bought a new vacuum from Wyze and we received a used non working product. The customer service is the worst and the company will not process the return. Save your money and avoid this company. We would never buy anything from this company. V
