Hi Jay, we understand why this has been frustrating, especially after the Asurion warranty amount was refunded and Amazon did not provide the outcome you wanted. Our team reviewed the purchase information and found that the Amazon order was sold by Hitex Store, which is not an authorized Wyze seller. Because of that, the seller is the appropriate party to contact regarding a refund or seller-related remedy.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry that moving trees in bright sunlight are being labeled as people, false alerts can be frustrating. If you haven’t already, please check that your Wyze app and camera firmware are current, then try lowering Motion Detection Sensitivity and narrowing the Detection Zone to exclude moving vegetation.
