Customer repeatedly tried everything to help me with my camera, when all else failed they offered a replacement, no questions,by sheer luck I got they unit to work, they definitely are a top notch company.

I like the way you guys started. I took your equipment & services back in 2022. Since then truly speaking the equipment & services are not to the par. I am still continuing your services of monitoring but the quality of equipment is substantially sub par. Thanks

So-called customer support seems designed to make contacting them as onerous and fruitless as is possible. Will probably just reach out to my bank for a chargeback rather than keep going in circles with them. Buyer beware. Edit: The absolute tone-deaf audacity to come into a review about your useless customer support and suggest...trying customer support again! This business is a joke.

Updared review: Oct 4, 2026. Wyze issued a store credit, but I had to purchase three more cameras. Not a huge fan of having to use SD cards because the playback can be challenging. I originally gave them a one star but because they issued a store credit that was at least a little help. Honestly they're fairly decent cameras for the price but they will break down after a couple of years and you'll find yourself replacing them. If they would just allow them to last a little longer and not charge so much for the subscription, then they would definitely be worth it. Aug 2026: Considering I've tried to resolve 3 issues for a month now and it's still not resolved, you may not want my review. I tried to address all 3 in one email (one case) and you only half-way address one, and then pass my case to another agent. It's become impossible to get a straight answer from one agent because it keeps getting passed over to somebody else. Then I have to wait 3 days for another reply and then they don't or can't handle it and they pass it on to somebody else. I guess they think we're going to just give up and I'm almost to that point where I decide your product is just not worth even trying to resolve the issues. When I ask for a manager, somebody should at least try to get a manager on the case so it's not continually passed off to somebody else who doesn't care. Dates tried to resolve was/is end of August and continues into late September.

My son out of state ordered my cameras because I am traveling trouble with the neighbors dogs that are aggressive. He researched the cameras and decided on getting yours. I can feel a lot more secure knowing that my back and front yard are being watched. I called your company and got excellent support. I wasn't sure how to connect two cameras. I got the first one connected very easily. They helped me and the second one was easy to connect also I will be ordering a third for by the garage. I highly recommend your cameras and working with your company was a pleasure.

They quickly handled the billing issue I was dealing with.

I bought a Wyze Palm Lock and a Battery Video Doorbell. The order was divided on two shipments. I received the Palm Lock - no issue and the Battery Video Doorbell showed delivered but I never received it. I waited two days and checked with my neighbor just in case, then I reported missing package. The service representative was very friendly and kind. She managed with sales department a solution and one day later I received the missing item. I have to say this is the first time a wrote a review and I did it because I feel obliged to express the good experience. Thanks Wyze..!
