Desire was a great help. I had a design in mind and she made it better and sent it to me with a quote to purchase before the memorial day sale ended. She helped me with tracking and went above and beyond for what a typical designer would do.
The cabinets arrived in great shape and are of very very good quality. The carpenters working on our basement project, were surprised and complementary of the quality of the cabinets. They use a local mill and comparatively, these cabinets were half the price and the same quality. So that gave me confidence in our purchase.
I am using these for our wetbar in the basement however, I would also use these cabinets for a kitchen project as well. They are solid wood frames, dovetail constructed, soft close hinges, and the front panels have a great finish.

We purchased our cabinets 3 years ago…
We purchased our cabinets 3 years ago and they are falling apart (literally). We called the company and they stated they do not deal with that manufacturer anymore. We are now stuck with these cabinets after paying thousands of dollars and they are either chipped, bubbled or literally hanging off the door. We sent in all the pictures as well and have been communicating with them daily asking if they can send us replacements and nothing. Very disheartening

We proudly offer a 5 year warranty on our products and while we have very few warranty claims (usually less than half a dozen per year across many thousands of orders) we take all of them seriously and address them as soon as possible. As you know, we also promptly replaced the parts you had originally claimed at the time you claimed them. We have been requesting detailed information on which cabinets you are having issues with and details on those issues, to adequately address them but we were not able to receive this information from you for several months. As you wrote, we have also informed you that we no longer work with this manufacturer, which delayed the processing of the replacements. We did at no time indicate that we will not honor your request or provide replacement parts and we are happy that we were finally able to assist you and get you what you needed once we determined what that was. Please reach out to us if you need anything else.

Terrible customer service....wrong materials
We worked with a designer and ordered our cabinets. The first problem came in with delivery. They would not give us a reasonable delivery window. They only gave us a 9 hour delivery window! We had to take an entire day off of work to receive the delivery. We asked them to please work with us and give us a four or five hour window. They refused. The worst part was they acted like it was our fault.... That we "should have known." Their customer service is absolutely terrible.
The second biggest problem came when we installed the cabinets and the extra accessory pieces were incorrect. The designer recommended twice as much toe kick molding, and not enough finish molding. We bought what they recommended. We tried to buy extra finish molding, but they wanted $300 for shipping for a $30 piece of molding! When we asked them about it, they told us to "cut the toe kick molding in half!"
So we have to go to Home Depot and buy the correct molding and try to match the paint.
There are plenty of other companies with whom to work! Do not purchase cabinets from here!

Thank you for your order and your review. We regret that your experience did not live up to your expectations and would like to explain the background to the points you raise. Both of these points relate to the routines and policies of the third-party shipping companies we work with.
The first point you raise (the delivery time window) did not come from us, it came from the shipping company. While we regret that they were not accommodating of your needs for delivery times, the scheduling and local procedures of each shipping company is outside our control once a shipment has been sent. If any customer has specific requirements on delivery time frames, we will do everything we can to select a shipping company that offers a delivery time window aligned to those needs but to be able to do so, we need to be aware of this before the order is shipped. This is no different than most other deliveries of bulky items which require a signed delivery, regardless of company selling those items. When you contacted us about your problems with the delivery time frames, we offered to arrange for a call when the shipping company was on its way to your delivery address, which you declined.
We have also investigated the second point you brought up and the designer did in fact provide the correct number of moldings. If she would have provided an incorrect number, we would have been happy to send you a piece free of charge. In our communications you even confirmed that you misunderstood the placement of the molding and would purchase an additional piece. The shipping cost you mention is indeed correct. As the molding is 8 ft long, it cannot be shipped by courier but has to be palletized, so we have to pay for a full pallet space in a truck and that is why the cost is high in relationship to the product cost. The shipping companies charge the same whether there is one or thirty items on the pallet and this is why we offer free shipping on most of our orders but have to charge a significant amount in shipping for the smaller orders. As you indicate, we offered to cut the molding in half for you as that would allow us to ship your molding via courier which would have reduced the shipping cost by about 80-90%. While we regret that you did not consider this a reasonable suggestion, this would have been no different with most other cabinet companies as most of them use third party shipping companies just like we do.
