Wholesale CabinetsReviews of wholesalecabinets.com

Our designer, Jennifer, went out of her way to provide professional, exceptional service. She checked and double checked our order for us and made sure we had selected everything we needed prior to ordering. We have not received our shipment yet but the design and ordering assistance has been top notch so far. I will be referring Jennifer to others.

Fab customer service, quick response every single time and a live agent available to chat at all hours.

I ordered my RTA cabinets in April of this year. They arrived on the 24th. I was short 1 pallet from my order, and received a lazy suzan corner cabinet tray set that was a different size than the cabinet, I contacted their customer service and they tracked down the missing pallet in a couple of days and delivered it to my door. I was assured my tray set was the correct one. I had some personal family issues that prevented me from getting the cabinets completed. On 9/9 I opened the tray set, yep, wrong one. I contacted their customer service and Rita promptly responded and checked into it for me. The right tray set arrived today and I got it installed. Rita could have told me to pound sand due to nearly 5 months had passed. They DID NOT, they stepped up and solved a problem that they did not have to. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks!!! A 5 star rating is too low for Rita and her customer service team!!!! Thank you...

Our experience with Wholesale Cabinets was great on every level! Our designer, Jacob, had great attention to detail and did not get tired of us coming back with changes. He designed our kitchen cabinets with every detail that we wanted. We are so happy with our design and new kitchen cabinets!!

Britanny Boyer, our designer was responsive, quick and eager to help us with every change we had during our ADU kitchen cabinet build and design. She texted, called and sent multiple revisions as we were on a tight timeline to get our order in. Can’t wait to see the cabinets and would love to do a follow up with quality of cabinets once they arrive.

I was impressed that the person I emailed and spoke to actually spoke English and communicated to me several times throughout the entire process. I give you 5 stars just on that alone.

Kyle was wonderful, he was a great help and very patient with me. Took time to answer all of my questions. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Price is right. Quality appears excellent. Based on the door sample. Order has not arrived yet. Rep was very good.
