***Updated*** Ordered a kitchen cabinet order from this company and had them assembled by the company also. Upon arrival 5 weeks latter, there were missing parts and damaged cabinets. I figured it was just due to the shipping company and so I filed a claim. Here is the kicker, the claim took 3 weeks to fill and another week to ship. Once the order arrived, we again had missing the same parts we had filed a claim for. I had communicated this with the claims department that I wasn't seeing the parts missing on the pellet they were shipping. They just explained to verify once we receive. In which i sent them the picture of pellet and what we didn't receive. So frustrating. Better to work with your local big box store. At least there is accountability. Management got involved and I have received my product June 30th. Management was very apologetic and helped resolve the situation..

I ordered Shaker style cabinets and was informed that I would need to assemble them, which I felt comfortable with. When the cabinets were delivered, I inquired about missing items and was informed that they would NOT pack multiple items in one box. It turns out that they do pack multiple items in one box. I went on YouTube to check the assembly instructions only to discover that they changed the assembly process. I found that this new assembly is far superior to the previous assembly process. Watching the video, it shows the process of installing the drawer gliders supports require two screws. The only screws provided are pan head screws that interfere with installing the other screw. (I believe flat head screws should be used to accommodate the adjustment of the supports). So far I am awaiting some sort of response from anyone.
