Amazing. First order was wrong but talk about amazing customer service and attentiveness. 5+ stars!!!!

I ordered a custom pet pillow and unfortunately received the wrong pillow color twice. I placed my original order in late November and expect to receive my correct item this week, now early January. Customer service was friendly and helpful each time I contacted them, which was appreciated.

I ordered on December 3rd, was sent notification that order was shipped on December 12th, and apparently the order was canceled on December 22nd. I had zero knowledge my order was canceled AFTER I was told it shipped and I’ve not gotten a refund. What’s the issue here? This ruined a birthday gift I ordered more than 5 weeks in advance

The picture was for my daughter and her boyfriend for Christmas. Looking at the pictures online, it looks more like a photograph of the picture you upload to the website when ordering. But when she received it, it is more like a cartoon drawing of the same breed, not a replication of your pet. The only thing personal about it is that you add the pets name. Had I known that I could have framed a picture of their dog and used a Cricut Maker to add the dogs name. Don't get me wrong they thought it was cute but it was way overpriced for what you actually get.

The team got my order to me by Xmas when demand was obviously high. The print is great, the recipient loves it, it’s definitely something I’d recommend. Unfortunately it did arrive damaged, but W&W had a replacement out the next day. Great customer support.

You all went above and beyond to make my portrait what we were happy with. I do recommend that you send out a preview before sending photo out for any edits. We did have to get a re-do on ours but the company went above and beyond to make the changes.

We got gifts for a couple of people this year for the holidays and everyone loved the art by West & Willow. The graphic designs so perfectly reflect the pups. The staff is also incredibly helpful. When we had an issue with a frame it was addressed immediately and a new product sent out. I would highly recommend West & Willow for any pet lover.
