I ordered a print for my son and his girlfriend for Christmas of their retriever and dachshund. When I got the print the dachshund was far larger than the retriever and looked odd. I messaged customer service just prior to the holidays and sent the original photos and the issue and the team got a new print sample to be shortly after Christmas and has just been shipped. I was very impressed with correcting their mistake and sending a replacement as soon as they could.

Worst experience ever. Ordered in early November, order was lost in the mail and company wouldn’t help or send a new one. Eventually got it - and the dog names were wrong and one of the dogs looked like a hamster. Finally after going back and forth for over 2 months I am getting sent a new one. Not worth the money or the time. Only kept going because it was a gift.

The original portrait that I received had darker fur than the picture I had submitted. I voiced my concern via the online form and was quickly contacted by an associate who was understanding, kind, and so helpful in coordinating a reprint with lighter fur. It was incredible customer service and I am very excited to receive the reprint!

The picture I sent in, my dog is a black poodle with grey hairs. The picture I got was a brown poodle. And the clarity of the picture was not great compared to others shown online.
