West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I purchased this for my brother and family who had just lost their dog. They absolutely loved it and although it doesn’t replace their dog it is a beautiful reminder of the mark she made in their family.

my custom dog portrait from west and willow looks just like him and it got here fast

Got the wrong item with minimal to no communication after on next steps for resolution despite reaching out multiple times. Now my order is technically weeks delayed. They also added some cost to my order without confirming if its ok and i had to reach out after to get a refund.

Super quick. Super cute. Very pleased!

Ive used west and willow multiple times and I cannot praise them enough. The quality is excellent and they capture the perfect image of your pet. Thank you for being brilliant.

This is the second portrait I’ve ordered. It’s a beautiful just like the first!

Damaged frame sent to me with someone else’s order. I have had to work on getting my frame resent, which has been quite the task. I finally got confirmation and was charge more once again. They throw in extra charges without consent. I ts not been a great experience.

I was so impressed again with the quality and accuracy of the pet portrait I ordered for my brother of his dog. They even captured his crooked tooth perfectly! It arrived even sooner than I thought, and it was even better than I imagined. I had a little question about my order, and I got in touch with support, and they were super quick to answer and really helpful. I’ll definitely be ordering from this company for myself and as gifts for others.
