Damaged frame sent to me with someone else’s order. I have had to work on getting my frame resent, which has been quite the task. I finally got confirmation and was charge more once again. They throw in extra charges without consent. I ts not been a great experience.

The picture was good except the coloring. They put blue, pink and purple streaks in my dogs hair. It was a memorial photo not a party photo. I went back and forth many times asking to remove the odd colors and each time they would change the photo. And they ignored my requests to speak on the phone. The end product had different color eyes, nose, hair. I wax really sad when I saw it. Now I am looking for another company.

I have placed three separate orders, two of them one month ago. I’ve only received one of those orders in full, and the name was spelled wrong on one of the products. It’s been over a week since I requested a revision, and I keep being told that it will happen soon. I still haven’t received the other two orders in full, and I’m getting frustrated with the runaround.

First time ordering from this company, package got lost. Several times reaching out, delayed response and no solution. 1 month later I finally received my package. Not satisfied with the service at all.

I ordered a pet shirt but the heart was left off the sleeve. My pets name was on the sleeve but no heart as ordered. I emailed them immediately but there is no response other than they’d look into it. No follow up on my second message.

Shipping was delayed. Interacting with customer service was difficult.

Ordered a proof and had no way to approve it or request edits. Customer service was bad. Took a very long time to get back to me. Print came later than expected due to lack of response. Honestly, I was worried I was not going to receive my order at all. Print turned out well, but the customer service would make me not recommend this company.
