Got the wrong item with minimal to no communication after on next steps for resolution despite reaching out multiple times. Now my order is technically weeks delayed. They also added some cost to my order without confirming if its ok and i had to reach out after to get a refund.

I was disappointed in my print this time but I can’t entirely fault them. They did such a fabulous job on the last one. With respect to my last print my dog looked out of proportion to the name and was placed really low underneath it. My dog is a small breed but I would think her image could have been enlarged more. I guess I wish they would have contacted me if there was an issue with the image. WW is still a great place to shop for artistic print images of your pets. Shipment was timely and in a good box.

The website was tough to navigate and find info I needed. I emailed you and you never responded. This pic turned out ok. If I had to do over I would have selected a background. Again the website was trying to sell me mugs and I wanted to look at my order.

The color is little off, i emailed asking about the picture because this was a gift and i heard nothing back. I was happy with few previous purchases but I guess I will bring my business somewhere else.

I have ordered a few items from you in the past, and this time I think someone dropped the ball on shipping it out. I ordered it on June 8th, it was a gift. It finally was delivered on June 30th. I sent several inquiries regarding a confirmation on whether or not the item had been shipped. It took several days to get a response. Seems a long time for one item.

The picture is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the frame came apart at the corner seems as I removed it from the packaging. I haven't been able to hang it yet.
