The picture of the dog itself turned out great. However, the first frame they sent was cracked and had an incorrect background. When they sent a replacement, 2 places were cracked and the background was still incorrect. Customer service rep was really nice and they sent the replacement quickly, but unfortunately received a messed up order again.

I needed the portraits before Christmas and west & willow made that happen! My grandma absolutely loved her portrait of her dog on the other hand there was a small mistake on my portrait for my dog. I contacted West & Willow about it and they fixed it! Great customer service and fast! I will definitely use West & Willow for any future portraits! Also the turn out is SO adorable and the perfect gift!

Great customer service! Our product was slightly damaged upon arrival. I reached out and they immediately responded and are sending a replacement. We are so happy with the picture of our girl. It was the favorite Christmas gift for the family! Can’t wait to hang it up!!!! I’m telling all my friends with pets to order one!

ZERO STARS! They refuse to issue a refund even though I received damaged frames, incorrect artwork and now Christmas has passed with no resolution. Total scam. I want my money back.
