Sent me the wrong picture on my coffee mug. Multiple emails correcting the issue. Now they sent me an email saying it's been corrected but are sending me a picture frame, not a coffee mug.

Shipping took longer than expected and I had to reach out a couple of times for an update, but luckily this arrived just in time for Christmas and turned out beautifully! Just try to be patient and order well in advance if you intend to gift. :)

I ordered my portraits on November 28th for a Christmas gift and still haven't received them (5 weeks later). I have had to follow up with Customer Service 5+ times. Initially they had no answers for me, then they told me the order had been delivered and the tracking info they gave me said it was delivered to a U.S. address (I'm in Canada). After additional follow ups, they just informed me that I should receive it in 7 days. Not once was there an apology or acknowledgement of error on their end. I'm still not sure what the product will look like but the customer service has been terrible.

My daughter absolutely loved her W&W print of her two dogs. Unfortunately, I failed to check the Digital Download at the end of ordering (I thought I had). I reached out to your Support Team for help, and Siena responded quickly. We went back and forth a few times with my questions. She was very friendly and patient. She helped me with my additional purchase, and I would love it if you considered calling her out someway to let her know how much her help was appreciated. Maybe a raise or at least a bonus? :) In a world where it is difficult to find happy and helpful workers, you should do everything to hang onto her. Happy New Year!
