Ordered as a Christmas gift well ahead of Christmas . It’s now 2 weeks after Christmas and I still have not revived my order. Contacted company and they said my order must have been lost in the mail. They say they will re send it. I hope it’s worth the wait. Customer service did respond within a couple days which has been the only positive so far

I just received my digital copy of my dogs and let me just tell you how excited I am!!! I cannot wait to receive my portrait in the mail. I will update when it arrives but for now this will do! I will definitely use West and Willow in the future ♥️

This is my third time ordering from west and willow. The first two portraits were so wonderful. This third one was a bit disappointing. The photo itself is super cute and looks just like my girlfriend’s dog. But it’s very small. This dog is bigger than the other two from the first and his drawing is VERY small. It’s like half the size of the other two drawings. it doesn’t take up enough space. I don’t know why this one came out this way.

West and Willow went above and beyond to recreate a portrait of my parent’s dog which recently passed that was destroyed by the new puppy. They responded to my inquiry about getting the original portrait they did redone quickly. Thank you West and Willow!!

The products themselves are great - simple and classy. Everyone complimented both the picture and blanket. When there was an error with my order, the team was responsive and helpful in fixing the error. Would order again!

The picture turned out great, however the glass hadn’t been cleaned. There were several cardboard pieces inside between glass and actual pic. Also the hardware to hang the piece was installed upside down. This was a gift so obviously not ideal to hear they have to remove and re do themselves. Also ordered a mug and that luckily turned out cute and zero issues.
