Absolutely loved the picture I ordered! Totally captured all of the cuteness of my little guy! Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to preserve your beloved pet in print.

Great to work with. Fixed the issue with the first order without any issue! I would suggest they use bubble wrap when they ship.

Update: I was contacted by customer service and told there would be a new picture created and I would review it before it was produced. I was supposed to get the new artwork in 3 to 5 days. It’s been two weeks without contact. This is day 2 since I emailed asking where the new art work is. Ordering was very easy and delivery was in a reasonable timeframe. Now on to why I gave one star….the product looks absolutely nothing like the picture I submitted. This was in memory of my sable colored German Shepherd. The colors used for this were black and gray. The picture takes up half of the canvas (at most). If there was a problem replicating the picture, I should have been contacted. I provided my number like it suggested during check out.To say I’m unsatisfied with this product is an huge understatement. I would never recommend this company based off of what I received.

The print is absolutely perfect!! It captured my little love perfectly! Shipping was fast and it arrived very well packaged. This will be my go to gift from now on!

Original product was disappointing, but support team worked to rectify situation I was not able to present the product as a Christmas gift as planned, but support team was fairly quick on turning things around.

I got a photo of my moms two Great Danes side by side. The photos I sent in were VERY clear of what the dogs eyes looked like. One Dane has one blue eye and one brown/blue eye. When they sent the copy to me, she had BOTH BROWN eyes. I reached out to them 3 different times and it took nearly a month to hear back from west and willow. So glad I got this gift for my mom as her Christmas gift.. here we are 3 weeks later and still no final copy.. poor costumer service. And the designers clearly didn’t look at the photos I sent or care to do the art correct. I have ordered MULTIPLE pieces from them and they all have turned out great however, due to this poor experience I will not be purchasing any items from them again.
