My parents dog of 15 years passed away this fall and I wanted to get them something to remember him by. The portrait turned out amazing. A great way to remember a dear friend. My mom and dad loved it and the picture I provided West and Willow was when Duke was younger, and they could even recognize this in the portrait.

I ordered mugs. The site was user friendly up until I was asked to enter my detail preferences. "Pet name optional" I appreciated this option because I did not want to include a name. Below the window provided to enter a name, if desired, it said.. "If you choose to include a name, write it here", and so I left it blank because, as mentioned, I did not want to include a name. The site would not allow me to go past this step unless I typed something in the window which seemed contrary to giving me the option of not writing in a name. After several failed attempts to move to the next step, I typed in the window that I did not want to include a name leaving me worried that what I typed would be mistaken by your software as a name request. It wasn't until I did finally get to the next step that I did see that the order would be filled with "no name." It was somewhat frustrating. I do however look forward to receiving my purchase as the mugs will be gifted to my three nieces who recently lost this beloved pet ❤️ Thank you!

When I received my order it was broken. The frame was cracked. I went to multiple places to get a new frame so that I could give to my parents as their Christmas gift and the sizing was off by a little bit on the print so it didn’t fit in any frames. I have emailed several times and have not received a single reply from anyone. $200 and my Christmas gift was a bust and I couldn’t even get a a new one shipped to me or even a refund because no one has responded. Awful customer service!

I love everything about the 2 pictures I bought, except i was so bummed because I had requested that the collar bow be painted on my female Frenchie’s picture and it was not in there when it arrived. I have 4 sons and a boy Frenchie so I finally got my baby girl and I wanted her to look like a baby girl.

Artwork was great! The picture had an error, customer service was wonderful, and I received a corrected picture with NO hassle! Thank you! :)

There was an issue with my order from 11/28/22 and Ralph was extremely kind and helpful at getting it resolved! Very happy with West & Willow and especially, Ralph! Keep up the great work!

If there is a mistake, it takes a VERY long time to get it fixed. I placed my initial order on November 13th. It’s January 9th, and I still don’t have the replacement. Though I would give 5 stars for communication. They do send updates regularly. Good thing it wasn’t a Christmas gift.
