First - we loved gifting these unique art of our pups for each son. They lived receiving this as a Christmas gift. Ordering was super easy & fast delivery! One of the frames arrived cracked but they replaced promptly.

Very quick to print and send, the only issue I had was shipping time, but I live in Canada and I ordered in early December. When I emailed, they were fast to reply and offered to re-send, which was not necessary as it finally shipped out to me. Beautiful print and looks exactly like my pups! Def recommend to anyone!

Such amazing customer service! Our print came in a frame that was slightly damaged. After contacting customer service, they replaced the whole product very quickly. They were very courteous.

The poster is very cute. The first one I received on 12/24 however the name was spelled incorrectly. They were very good about responding and were willing to re ship this. I am waiting for the replacement to come. Based on the experience I have had I would definitely order from West and Willow again!!
