I’ve ordered quite a few gifts through them and everyone has loved it. I just wish that they had an option to add a note. Every time a gift is sent out, I need to notify the receiver that the package was from me.

I didn’t really love my pet’s photo because it wasn’t the best angle. I wish that W&W reached out to let me know that it wasn’t the best photo submission and that they requested another one. Instead they sent one that made his neck look strange. It ended up taking over a month to redo because they were behind on orders and I still haven’t even received the final item. I ordered this during Black Friday and have yet to receive my new item and it’s now Jan 10th. they did fix the photo but again. It just took too long when it all could’ve been avoided from the start… or please offer a preview option. I purchased as a Christmas gift and haven’t been able to gift it yet .

Don’t waste your money! After waiting over a month for a picture of our cat, it finally arrived and is shocking! It looks nothing like the picture I sent in, is tiny for the price we paid and isn’t even a glass picture frame - it’s plastic in a cheap looking black frame. Customer service couldn’t care less that I wasn’t happy with it either. Very disappointing.
