I ordered 3 pet portraits. One was of my deceased Bichon. In his portrait he was given straight hair like a yorkie or terrier instead of curly/kinky/fuzzy hair of a bichon, which is more similar to a poodle. As such, the portrait looks nothing like him. I am heartbroken and disappointed.

Poor quality frame and picture hook on the wrong side of the frame. The artist did a beautiful job, but the gaps on each corner of the gram make it look haphazard. I would really like a new frame for the artwork. I will submit photos.

The quality is great, but the likeness is slightly off. Still a great moment to treasure.

Excellent customer service. Product is adorable. They should do a proof before producing as I have to request remakes on 2 items I bought for color corrections. But they were done with no questions or issues.

It took 48 days from placing the order to delivery and then it didn't even look like our dog. We have a doodle with super curly hair and we received a picture that looks like a golden retriever. No curls at all. The general shape and coloring is right, that's about it.

Very easy to order. Great examples shown so you know exactly what the picture will look like! Very affordable and I know my son is going to LOVE it! Very nice keepsake...we miss our Ole boy

There was trouble getting the picture just right but the customer service reps were amazing at helping me through the process and we ended up with a perfect portrait of our sweet dog! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to order again

Great experience and super helpful with creating the right pet portrait. Even had a couple issues after delivery, and they were in it to correct it that day and sent a brand new one within a short period of time. Thank you so much.
