Problem still not resolved and dealt with about 5 different people

My fiancé’s partner, K-9 Loki, recently passed after a well deserved retirement with the family. It has been devastating. This portrait was absolutely beautiful and brought him to tears. Thank you for capturing Loki so beautifully.

Product was shipped faster than expected and the results were perfect. I purchased an image for a friend who's dog passed the week prior. Her first comment after opening it was that y'all got his eyes perfectly. Thank you so much for the high quality product and fast service!

I got a picture that looked NOTHING like my dog, so I reached out to customer service. They didn’t reply for 2 weeks, then said they would reach out in 3 days with a new order. It had been ANOTHER 2 weeks with no response and multiple emails. Customer service is absolutely awful and so are their products. It has been over 2 months and nothing from their company. What a waste of money!!

Their pictures are beautiful. Their customer service exceeded my expectations in handling a small product issue.

Perfect quality and only took less than 2 weeks

I wanted an option for a frame. The site kept changing the background color and would not allow me to easily change it. This happened 4 times.
