It was easy to order. Would love more pictures of the different sizes in context so you could visualize scale better. The extra marketing to 3rd party sites I could do without.

I received a portrait of three cats and one of the cats didn’t quite look like the actual cat so I contacted West & Willow and they told me to keep the existing portrait and then we’re extremely communicative during the revision process. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely loved our photo! Such an easy process, and the pictures looked so accurate/even better than what we submitted. Will definitely be recommending to all of my friends and family

One cat of the theee was presented in the wrong color. I have ailed customer support, and I’m hopeful that can be remade. The other two card in the portrait are perfect!

Let me start by saying this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this company, this time I ordered a picture of 2 German Shepards on 11/25 as a Christmas gift. I received it on 12/15 and was so disappointed when 1of the dogs was a Black Lab, I immediately emailed them and heard back on 12/18 saying how sorry they were that I was “dissatisfied with my artwork” but that they would replace it, I told them that I was leaving on 12/23 and they needed to overnight it or refund my account if it wasn’t going to make it…. Their reply was that they don’t do refunds and can’t overnight it “because it’s only a poster”. Next time instead of spending $70.00 for a poster, I’ll order it from ETSY. BTW, I finally received it on 1/05

Received my portrait today and absolutely loved it! The turn around time was super quick and it turned out amazing. I was a little nervous, as the company doesn't send any proofs prior to delivery, but it turned out adorable and identical to my pups! Definitely going to be ordering more for friends & family! 10/10, would highly recommend!

My dog portrait looked nothing like my dog but they changed the picture and resent me a portrait. They have excellent customer service. Would recommend them to anyone with pets!

At first the picture didn't come, and I was disappointed. I worked with customer service and they sent a replacement. The photo gave much joy to my family. The beauty of the picture made everyone happy.
