I am so pleased with my experience with this company! My order wasn’t correct the first time, so I reached out to them about getting it remade. They were quick to respond, so nice, and got my fixed product to me quickly! I am so in love with how it turned out!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Two beautiful holiday gifts for family. One pillow cover that was so well done that my brother framed it and one print that was praised by one and all. Thank you West and Willow and your awesome staff who are each so courteous and helpful! Looking forward to placing future orders

The artwork itself looks great! I have no complaints about the artwork. Well done, and a great piece to hang on the wall. However, the service not so great. IF you are trying to save money by ordering on Black Friday, don't expect to get your order before Christmas, even though the website says Black Friday orders can take UP TO 4 weeks. Mine took 7 weeks to arrive. So unless you pay the rush fee, don't expect Black Friday orders to be Christmas gifts.

Hi Kobe, Thank you so much for the positive feedback, despite the issue with the order process! We're so happy to have you as a member of the West & Willow family! 🎉

West & Willow has great customer service! When I requested a small change be made to the painting of my dog, they responded quickly, and took care of the issue right away. I'll be sure to order from them again in the future.

Recently lost two of our kitties after 20 years and this portrait brought me to tears. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Quality work and very quick turn around. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you!!

Service and shipping were fast. But unfortunately I don’t think the interpretation looks like our fur baby……I didn’t open it before giving to my husband as a birthday picture and now I feel like I short changed him. I was excited to see it. I should’ve opened it when it arrived. My mistake. But again- fast turnaround on order.
