Great customer service!

Sadly you got the name wrong! My dog is HANK, which it clearly said on my order form. I have another one that is perfect of my dog, Piper. I’m hoping this can be corrected before Valentine’s Day.

Customer service was wonderful!! My print got lost in the mail and they quickly sent me another print! They were so helpful and responsive to all my questions. The print was perfect and was a wonderful gift for my dad. Thank you so much!!

I still haven’t received my product and I ordered December 5th. The items were supposed to be Christmas presents. I still don’t have confirmation the shipped. So my review is solely based on lack of getting items in a timely manner. I can’t say anything in regards to the quality of the product.

West & Willow did a wonderful job on my order, and they did it fast. They sent out the gift to my granddaughter. she was very pleased.

2nd attempt to delivery and was returned. This was a xmas gift for a friend . UPS can't seem to do their job and delivery it.

The product is not centered. My dog is white and like brown and shih tzu and he has more white than anything. Which is hard to see the dog

I placed my order on 11-28-22. It is 1-15-23 and I am still waiting for my order. I am starting to think it is not going to come. I have emailed customer service twice. They are timely to respond, but so far both responses have said I will receive a shipping email within two to three days from my emails, and I do not receive that, and again am still waiting. I do NOT recommend.
