West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Vast portion of the portrait is just black background. And the portrait is too small. So for a 8x10, tge height of the portrait is 5" Charging $70 for this feels like a rip off. I guess for folks who lost a pet and want to create a memorable portrait it makes sense. But not too happy with quality of your work and the amount you charge.

Very easy to order. Very easy to upload our dog’s photo. Just now need the order to be processed, notified if there are any problems and then gift to be received. Fingers crossed!

It’s incredible!! Looks just like Nes, it’s so pretty, I almost wish I had purchased a bigger size. Totally surpassed my expectations, came faster than originally predicted, just fabulous!

Easy to use, gave the right amount of options without it being overwhelming. The review pictures look great and sold me! Looking forward to hanging my babies in my office 🥰

Everything was great. There was a small issue with one of the three pieces I got. Customer service was quick to resolve the issue.

I am so pleased with the West & Willow portrait of my sister’s dog! At my request, they made a slight revision. It is truly an incredible likeness of him. My sister will love this gift!

So happy with the results. TY

I previously rated 3 stars due to the poor quality of the frame on my original order. I let Customer Support know and they took care of the issue right away and submitted a new order for me.
