I’ve been reaching out to west and willows customer support for WEEKS with no response. It’s been the most aggravating customer experience I’ve ever had. I will not be ordering from this company any more. At this point, I want a refund and no interaction again.

Quick! What I expected. High quality. Great product. East to do. Great experience. Recipient was blown away with gift.

Before I talk about my product, I first want to compliment the wonderful customer service I received. I had a little issue with color of my Lab that was going to/did get fixed, Andrian was my contact person and was outstanding! I was kept informed, updated and my situation was resolved very quickly. The product, it is amazing! My daughter purchased a portrait of our 2 dogs for me for Christmas and it was beautiful! I cried because I loved it and because my Lab in the photo passed May 2021. The design team nailed both our beautiful Lab and our adorable fur baby we still have perfectly. It really looks exactly like both our dogs and captures their happy personalities in the portrait. They did a fantastic job designing off the photos my daughter submitted. I highly recommend West & Willow.”

I received my portrait shortly after Christmas to find the painting wasn’t up to my expectations. I reached out and they fixed it right away! It looks way better than I would expect it to, thank you so much guys and appreciate the fast replies on emails and on phone. Keep killin’ it West @ Willow team!!

I received the portraits of my dogs today and just love it! Awesome job painting them. It’s now the first painting that I see upon waking up and the last one I’d see, too. It makes me happy.

I ordered and a minute after I ordered I realized I made a typo. Site says you have only 30 minutes to make contact for a correction or cancellation. The email I got said it might be days before they replied. I was worried I was stuck with the wrong item but they finally replied, saw that I made the 30 min window and said they will correct it. Glad they honored their policy.

I just received my portrait, and I just need to say its nothing short of AMAZING! My family had to put down our dog last summer and this portrait is the perfect way to keep him in our house, as he will always be in our hearts. Thank you for making our hearts full.

This BARELY looks like my dog. There is a weird shade on his right eye and I specifically asked that the freckles on his nose be detailed and they were left out completely. This is also the second order I received because the first time I received the wrong order. Thankfully they were kind to replace it with the right dog. I am very disappointed and would not pay for this. I am glad I got this for free with my subscription to BarkBox.
