West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The customer service with my order was absolutely amazing. My order came and it had some features that were not consistent with my submitted photo of our pup. I reached out with my concerns and they assured me that another sketch would be completed to make necessary changes and uploaded for my approval. The revised photo was spot on accurate and I recieved the updated artwork shortly after. I recieved communication from customer service reps almost every day alerting me of the progress and updates on the process. We love the pieces and it was worth the wait.

I love my pet pictures! It's easy to complete the order and its fast delivery!!

They were fast to address any changes I wanted. Really good service and we got everything figured out

I placed an order in November of 2022 for a 3 pet portrait. Once I finally received the portrait it looked nothing like the photos I provided. It was so bad I was so embarrassed to gift it to the person I was giving this too that I couldn’t. Your service team made 3 other attempts to fix it and even though it still isn’t what I would like I unfortunately have already no choice but to settle on it as I’ve asked for a full refund many times and it has been ignored. If it was the pictures I provided I would have provided other photos, but I was never asked too. I’m unlikely to order from here again based off this experience

I received my portrait today and it's beautiful! I got this one with my 3 cats, my other one had my dog. The pictures of the cats came out gorgeous, but, there is a small red dot on the background and one of the cats names is missing a period. It's on a white background. I'm going to try to paint over the red dot and try to put a period on his name. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied 😌

Can’t get anyone to respond. Order wrong. Horrible customer service.

Very easy to navigate the ordering process. Can't wait to get the pic!

Shipped and arrived on time. Made the Portrait come alive.
