Update. They did respond. Email was in my junk folder. *Order was received damaged and with an incorrect name for my dog. Filled out the error form, received an email confirming last week and have heard nothing since.

The wait did take a while, but they were very generous with fixing my order and making it perfect for me! The customer service was excellent and made me not even care much about the wait time

I lost my cat Boots October 2022, and I knew I had to do something memorable and unique to honour him. I found west and Willow and thought it would be perfect. I ordered my portrait of Boots in the beginning of January and it was here within a few weeks, as stated it would be. The artist did a good job depicting him. The only thing is I would have made his eyes a brighter green because he had the most stunning eyes, but when I looked back to the picture I sent in the shadowing made them look darker. So if you are thinking about doing this for your pet or for an animal, make sure you get a really good photo of them showing exactly how they look to someone who has never seen them before. Other than that, I am very pleased with my portrait and will be ordering more for my other pets:) I also loved that they had other options for background colour rather than just black or white, because Boots had the most beautiful green eyes so I went with the sage colour background. It turned out so gorgeous.

Misleading "free" offers.. BUT needs to order $20ish in product to get "free" from vendors partners... just put that up front .. geez
