Have ordered a few times and each portrait has been perfect.

I ordered a picture of my two boys and the first draft didn’t turn out exactly as I wanted. I messaged customer support and we talked about the details and they made changes and it’s amazing!!

The picture itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the way it was packaged for delivery left it susceptible to damage. There were no protectors on the corners of the frame and it arrived broken. I don’t believe UPS is at fault. I’m hoping it can be replaced.

The artwork is excellent and captured my Bruzer perfectly, it is really has done so much to help my heart heal after losing him, to see his face everyday

The case is really cute.. but I ordered a custom phone case as a gift for my mom. The order did not arrive until a month after ordering. Now she has had it for less than 3 weeks and the design is coming off already.

I have nothing but good things to say. I can’t even explain how much this photo of our pup means to me in this season where we are living away from our best bud.

I initially ordered a pet portrait for my daughter for Christmas. it arrived very well done but must have gotten damp in transit because there were ripples in the print. I sent a message to customer service and they quickly got back to me to make it right. I spoke to a representative who not only told me a knew one would be sent out but also make a few corrections on fur color and name spelling. The reason for the 4 stars; I could not requested to be wrapped with extra care in shipping so it did not arrive damaged again. Thankfully, it arrived looking Great! They are a great company to work with.
