Wrong item was delivered to me twice. Customer service took over three weeks and I still do not receive the right items.

The customer service of W&W is great. The first print I received was very dissapointing and it was probably because the photo I sent had other "elements" (bows in her hair) which were removed from the final print but resulted in a wonky result. I contact them via email and received an immediate response. They offered to redraw the portrait and I sent them a couple of other photos to use. I haven't seen the finished product yet, but the proof they sent me is better. I still don't love the rendering of my dog - technically it looks like her but seems sort of "flat" - but part of that may be because she's a white dog and it's probably difficult to capture, however, they changed the background color at my request and were very patient and kind because I was so dissapointed in the print. So while the print is 3 stars, the customer service is 5 stars+++.

After seeing so many great pet portraits, I decided to order one for us. Cannot wait for the finished product!

I like the minimalist style of the print. The plain white background, simple font and black frame leave the details where they should be - on the dog. I did have a few minor issues with my first portrait, but W&W were very helpful correcting those issues and sent me an updated portrait at no charge. Their customer service is as good as their portraits. 5 stars all the way.
