I was unhappy with the portrait and they listened to my concerns and did a great job with the next image! Can’t wait for the phone case to arrive of my little bundle of joy!

The portraits are beautifully done. My dogs look absolutely adorable and the artwork captures them perfectly. I also received my order rather quickly and although light, the framing is chic and sturdy. My only critique is this, i would love it if there was a size option if you have multiple pets. My little dog has a slightly bigger portrait than my large dog and i wish he was smaller and their size difference would be more appropriately displayed. Other than that, i am very satisfied.

I placed an order for two individual dog portraits on 12/11/22. I paid the additional $30 to skip the line for both of the portraits. The order did not arrive until 1/4/23, and it was incorrect. I received two portraits of the same dog, with the two different dog names. I then submitted a request to have a replacement, which did not arrive until 1/15/23. This took an extremely long time to finally receive the correct order. I was not even offered to have the $30 refunded for “skipping the line.” I will not make another purchase with West and Willow and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered two portraits for 2 dogs. One came out beautifully, the other looks a bit demonic. This company took a lot of liberties with the eye features of one of my dogs… she doesn’t have amber eyes, but I got a dog with amber eyes. Not fully happy with my order.
