This company was extremely easy to work with. They answered my emails in such a professional and heartfelt way. My fur baby of 15 years recently passed away and my heart was broken and I needed a portrait of him to feel like he was still with us. Well west and willow was able to create that. When I opened the package which arrived faster than expected i immediately cried cause it looked just like my Jake. I feel he is still with us now and hung the portrait in his favorite stop. Thank you so very much west and willow.

My original artwork wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. I was so pleased with the response and the desire to make it right. The revised artwork was better, but the colors were off. Without hesitation, the artwork was revised again and ended up being perfect! My sweet dog passed recently and I really wanted something that looked a lot like him. Last artwork was a home run! I LOVE it. Thank you for being so willing to make it to my satisfaction.

Emailed customer service during process with a question and heard back in 24 hours which was nice. Have used W&W before and pleased with results!

I am SO obsessed. This was my second order through West & Willow. The first order made my mom cry on Christmas morning and the second order was for my grandparents who recently had their dog pass away. I ordered a digital copy (so worth it) and before the order arrived, I noticed the coloring wasn’t right on one of the pups. I reached out and the W&W team immediately jumped into action to adjust the portrait. This only took a few days and a new order was sent so fast!! I can’t wait to see my grandparents reaction when they open their portrait. I have (and will continue to) recommend W&W to everyone I know! It is so worth it for such a priceless piece.
