I received an email that my order was shipped with a tracking number. I never received my order and now UPS can not find the package. I emailed the company inquiring as to where my order is and they are telling me I have to wait 2-4 days for a response. I purchased the digital download and tried to download it and it just freezes. This was a memorial gift and I told the recipient I had a beautiful gift for them and it appears I don’t.

Easy to order, however a bit confusing as I ordered two separate portraits and it was difficult to figure out how to do this.

Customer service was great. But company policies / operations made the experience nearly infuriating and time consuming. First photo I got didn’t look like my dog- which was fine- but the second photo looked even worse and don’t take into account my recommendations. I respectfully requested my money back which was denied. Then went through 2-4 more renditions of the photo until finally created one I liked, which I appreciated but damn, it was a lot more consuming than I anticipated

My original purchase was damaged and they replaced it quickly.

The photo is phenomenal! It looks 100% just like my kitty! I lost my kitty of 13 years and ordered one of the pet portraits for me to continue to see him everyday. It looked exactly like him and brought tears to my eyes instantly. I may not have him physically but I can look at his portrait and remember all the love we shared! I cannot recommend enough! I love it so much! 😻

I received the portrait of someone else’s dog.

Bought the portrait for my son as a surprise. He loved it and hung out right away!
