West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Great photo, fast service

I highly recommend west and willow!! Their customer service was amazing. I received my portrait fairly quick and when I received it, I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work. I than emailed them and they respond quickly with ways to fix the portrait. They fixed the issues I didn’t like and sent me a replacement one. I am so happy with new portrait.

I appreciate how easy it is to navigate the site and the options available regarding the pictures, frames & background colors! I’m so excited to receive this!!

West & Willow does an outstanding job or capturing my dog’s soul just through one picture I’ve sent. I highly recommend for anyone wanting a beautiful portrait of their pup. I have ordered three so far, for me and my family members’ dogs.

Love the products. Quick shipping and service

Website is user friendly!! Waiting for my order now!

Trying to find out any information about my order and have not received any info. Used PayPal which was charged but no other correspondence and not a clear way of contacting the company.

I accidentally ordered 2 pictures. I was very worried as the site said only can cancel within 30 minutes. Didn’t hear back for 8 hours but finally did and received refund and the 20% off special Can’t wait to see it
