I have purchased many dog portraits from West & Willow over the years for friends and family and they have all been wonderful! When I finally decided to get my own dog on a portrait, I didn't end up loving the final result. After reaching out about my concerns, the customer service was so excellent. They did not one, but TWO revisions until I was happy with the final product. Not to mention they were so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. I will continue to purchase these forever!
