Did not receive an order confirmation

Delayed shipment

I wish I could give an actual review after receiving my portrait, but it's been a month and I have received no communication regarding my pet portrait, despite reaching out to customer support. As far as I know, my order has not even shipped yet. I'm pretty disappointed as this was supposed to be a gift for my husband, which is now over a week late.

Communication was great. Prices and care were also amazing

I’m so pleased with my picture, it looks just like my two cats. It’s so life like that one of the cats was extremely wary of the picture when it arrived! It did take a little while to get here but I am in the UK so that’s understandable, it was well worth the wait. Whenever I contacted customer services they were quick to come back & very helpful, shout out to Jeramy!

Now my second order! First one came in 3 weeks which wasn’t perfect but the outcome was great. Worth the wait.
