West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Easy to understand and to use.

I ordered this for a dear friend who lost her 14-year-old German Shepard mix on 3/23/2023. I sent a photo of the dog with green grass background. The first picture I received the dog's fur was different shades of green (I assume due to the grass background). I talked with customer service they worked to make the colors brown, black and tan like the dog's colors in the picture I sent. Next attempt by West and Willow had the dogs fur red. After emailing with customer service it was decided I should send another picture. I asked to approve prior to printing. Adrian (customer service) sent me a proof I approved but the print I received was much darker and red. Worked with Adrain again he lightened the proof sent it to me it looked good with dogs coloring tan, brown and black. I asked him to verify this would look the same when I received it. Adrian said the only difference would be the glass over the proof. I received the 3rd picture today and looks nothing like the proof I approved. I wanted this to be special for my friend, but I can't even give it to her since it looks nothing like her beloved dog, Sheba.

Such a precious way to remember our fur baby

Great! the portrait looks exactly like my pet and the picture i sent over, really appreciate the work!

It’s an easy site to navigate and once I have the picture I’ll be able to give a better review.

Quick and friendly response!

They were very prompt in fixing artwork and correcting a misprint on one of my orders

I can’t believe how beautiful this frame is. My dog Benicio recently passed away and this frame is so perfect that made me cry. Thank you so much! I am so pleased with how perfect it looks!
