West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Simply perfect. The order was shipped quickly and arrived much sooner than expected for an international order (Canada). We lost our beloved girl a few months ago and I ordered this as a memorial for her. We balled our eyes out when we opened the parcel. Not only is the piece beautiful, it looks exactly like our girl. Somehow West and Willow captured her perfectly. Looking at the print is like being able to see the sparkle on her eye again. We love it more than words can say.

I had placed my original order in December of last year. We absolutely love it, and decided to re-order the same items for our lake home.

I recently made a review of a West & Willow dog portrait for my daughter. The picture was lovely but the frame was all cracked and broken. I was asked for a review at that time and gave an honest review, stating I was unhappy. Since that review West & Willow reached out to me and sent my daughter a new portrait. She is loving it. Because of great customer service I will buy from West & Willow again.

Could not see a mock up of portrait prior to purchase. Was not told how long the shipping would take only asked if I wanted to increase shipping time. No customer service number or email for such an expensive product.

never received the digital download I paid for
