The picture I received does not look like my dog. The colors are washed out and not the same as the photo, and my dog’s face looks all white rather than golden. Based on the images I had seen online as well as other orders I have placed, I thought there would be more detail as well but my image has barely any detail to it. I also still have not been able to get the digital download for my order despite the physical item having been delivered and nothing happens when I try to search for it on the website. The digital download should be available as the item ships or even as a proof before the physical item is sent out. I’ve had great experiences in the past with West & Willow but for some reason this time the order did not go as I expected.

I don’t know what else to say other than the portrait is a perfect rendering of the photo we sent of our boy Mud. We lost him almost a year ago and this has brought us a lot of joy. It’s just so spot on!

I saw these beautiful prints on Facebook and loved them. Finally I had to order one. Fingers crossed it’s as lovely as they look. It was easy to order. My dog is black so I hope they can do a good job. It’s for my husband, as Jett is failing so this will be a nice keepsake of her.

It was very easy to place an order, and the customer service was excellent!! Highly recommend this company and cannot wait to see my portrait!

I had sent in a photo I thought was cute but did not translate well to a portrait and Siena worked with me to get it right at a discounted rate. Bottom line: I absolutely 🧡 how it turned out!! And the customer service gets an A!!

I got a portrait of our recently deceased dog for my fiancé. The portrait quality is great but our dog is a different color than in the picture I sent. He was white and in the the portrait he looks beige. Maybe I shouldn’t have done a white background but I wish they would’ve contacted me to change the background color or something.

Still keeping my 1 star review. I wish i had never used this company. Like all the other bad reviews state, horrible customer service and very slow customer service. It is horrible that they do not have you approve the artwork before shipping. They would have much higher ratings and less problems from customers. Aside from not being able to see the picture until it arrived, it ALSO had a massive crease on the paper. They are sending a new one but the artwork itself is still the artwork I was unable to approve before printing. I even had messaged the page 15 minutes after ordering, with additional pictures of the dog. This was supposed to be a memorial portrait for my best friend who lost his dog unexpectedly. And now i’ve had to delay an delay. Not to mention the art style is not the same for every customer. 10000% unhappy and will never ever ever recommend this company to anyone!! Just another big scam companies. You have better luck having an app make the picture and printing it yourself.
