The photo came out amazing! Everyone loves it and it's a centerpiece in our living room

I lost my dog of 11 years on May 8th and I ordered his portrait from West & Williow shortly after. I anticipated its arrival from the minute I purchased it and when I finally received it, I have been in awe of it ever since. I hug it up in the dog's room and every time I pass by, I have to stop and smile. I loved it so much that I ordered another portrait of another dog that passed in 2020 - I suppose I'm starting a gallery in the dog's room... but that's okay... the portraits really do make me stop and smile. I will continue to buy over and over again!!

I ordered two 8x10 portraits, and I got the shipping notification about two weeks later. Great turnaround time! And the portraits look fantastic. I was worried they would look too small, but they're a good size. My only complaint is I wish I had chosen a different background color for one of them, but that's on me. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone
