I understand sending out proofs is not part of their process, but receiving a memorial print that did not look like the photo was upsetting. No refunds were offered, only a replacement print which took numerous back and forth emails to come to an agreement on the print. Proofs are apparently only sent when a complaint has been lodged. Consider shopping around for animal portraits before finalizing your purchase here.

The idea is cute but when I received my order, it looked like something I could do myself on the computer and looked cheaply done. I had to order a new one through Etsy to get what I really wanted unfortunately.

This was so easy to use. I chose the background and frame, uploaded the photos, and done! Very user friendly experience.

UPS Lost my order and Jeramy was very prompt in replying and getting my order replaced
