Very responsive and fixed my mistake

Wow. Wow. WOW!!! Looks exactly like my dogs!!!! And the frame is absolutely beautiful. Fast shipping (delivered earlier than the promised date!) and just a wonderful experience. Cute design, but cheap materials. I got a 2 pet portrait and for how expensive it was, it’s not what I was hoping for. The design is cute, but the dogs are not proportioned to each other correctly (the smaller dog looks bigger than the large dog) and the frame came cracked. You cannot see a proof before they send you your order (red flag!). I received a replacement without a cracked frame, but I was told the drawings were going to be fixed and they were not. Overall, not worth the price.

West and willow is easy to use and the product is wonderful! I ordered a pet portrait of my dogs back in 2021 and I absolutely love it, so I decided to get one of my cats as well. Such a great way to remember a pet you’ve lost or to honour and display your current fur babies!

Phone case arrived in a timely manner. Have had it about a week and the portrait is peeling already. Definitely don’t get what you pay for.

Honestly I was a lil scared on how the picture would turn out to be, but you guys did an amazing job with the portrait. Baggudu looks so lively and his eyes made me cry. Thank you so much for this lovely piece of art.
