Never received my order for Father’s Day. At the prices they charge, plus $10.00 for delivery, it is an outrage. I will never order from them again.

Not the best customer service considering how much money you’re paying for. The customer service rep, Catherine, was tone def with her emails and emojis and was not helpful. For paying nearly a $100 for the product there is a bit of expectation for better customer service.

Advertised that product would be ready and delivered by Father's Day - this has not happened and still no idea when it will arrive. Ordered digital version to share on Father's Day whilst waiting for picture to come and this has not been delivered either! A terrible experience all round

Picture has a piece of material / dirt behind the clear plastic. The picture is enclosed with staples that you essentially cannot fold to access and remove. Very disappointed. Also the fact that you could not preview artwork before it came was a little inconvenient to ensure you were okay with how it’ll look. The cost is too much not to have that feature.

I absolutely love the way my pet portrait turned out! This was extra special because it was of my sweet kitty I had for 18 years! So true to her. Love!

It would have been great to see a preview of the dog/s in a picture. I was very nervous not knowing how they were going to be placed. but looking at finished orders those looked awesome. I would have given 5 stars but I ordered the frame in white because my daughter in law has all white frames but it came in black.
