West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The attention to detail work was amazing!!!!

Really appreciate how responsive the team is - ordered a mug and a poster as a gift and the recipient didn’t love the way it turned out, but the West & Willow team worked with me to fix it to their liking and send a replacement.

Quick to ship and arrive! And quality work!

Siena was helpful in getting my image corrected. She was empathetic and communicative throughout the entire process. Excited to see my replacement soon.

There was an issue with my order and the customer service team resolved it immediately and without issue.

I ordered a custom pet portrait for my girlfriend’s birthday and was initially very disappointed with the result. The portrait had several discrepancies with the artwork provided and was too small. After I reached out to the customer service team, they listened to my requests and put together a new version for me free of charge! The portrait now looks much better and we’re very satisfied.

Super-easy to upload a photo, and the requirements were also clear and simple. Fast shipping, even to Canada. Straightforward pricing. The portrait is adorable and a perfect memorial of my precious pup. Absolutely recommend.

They did such a great job on my photo. I chose the extra fast option for a little more money and I was shocked how quickly my picture came! And it was beautiful!
