It’s been 5 weeks since I ordered. Never got to approve the final image and the item still hasn’t been delivered. Tracking shows that merely a labeled was created. Wondering if this is even a real business or if I got scammed

I was happy about it getting shipped and delivered fast. I ordered 2 portraits, they were nice, my dog's portrait was perfect but a little disappointed with the one for my cat, my cat's face looked fat because of the color shades they used. I also thought the the gap between the printed name and picture was too much and lastly, the sage color is more like a grey color!
