The ordering process is very concise and clear even for a not very tech savvy person! The only thing more I could want was to be able to see a rendering of my order before I checked out but I do understand why that’s not possible.

Amazing customer service. They are very willing to fix any issues with your portrait at no extra cost & send you a new one. My suggestion would be to have an option to review the portrait prior to the final product being delivered. Therefore, it would avoid the above issue & you wouldn’t have to wait for shipping again.

Again, I made the stupid choice of ordering from this company. I purchased a mug with my cat on it that looks great. I ordered a 150$ frame for my dad for Father’s Day of his 3 dogs. It delivered 6/16. I made sure I got so that it would arrive by then. The artwork I received is not correct. I got a picture with 2 of his dogs and my cat. None of the animals were under the correct name. I reached out to the company and again complained about their lack of art work approval for customers and the fact that I now feel horrible going to my dads house without a present (yes I know that’s not the point of Father’s Day but I still felt bad). I got told ‘You can keep that artwork. We will make you a new one, and send it to you before hand.’ Why is it so difficult to send that to your customers before ruining a present?! At this point I just want my money back and I will never use them again.

Came in quicker than I expected and looks great! This is our third purchase from this company over the years and the quality remains the same. Highly recommend!

Paid for digital download and never received it. Emailed and asked customer service about it and still never received it. Disappointed
