Customer service was fantastic! Very helpful, patient, and respectful in getting the right pictures for portraits. Best service I’ve experienced in a long time. Definitely recommend working with West and Willow.

The picture is great, but when I took it out of the plastic the top part of the print in creased with a pretty deep crease that is noticeable. It is a gift, so I'm not very happy about it. Not sure how the recipient will feel about it.
