West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I purchased a dual pet portrait as a gift for a friend. They were overjoyed when it arrived in Queensland Australia 🇦🇺 this week. Loved it !!!! A+++ and 10/10 for quality, likeness to the photos and for capturing the markings and characteristics which make their cats unique. I loved the result so much that I will now order one of my own pets in a different background and frame colour combination and also have plans to buy a portrait for another pet loving friend. Thanks West & Willow for a trouble free purchase even when the package had to then travel to the other side of the world 🌎 Xx x

Quality work, great communication and fast shipping. Would recommend to others.

As a customer, I'd love to have a preview of what I'm buying. You don't provide one before paying or even after payment. I should've researched more about this process before purchasing, but too late now. Hope everything looks great! Also, $251.45 for a 24x18 computer printed portrait seems a bit much.

The artwork of our beloved Loki is spot on! It is also beautifully framed. It brought me to tears because we recently lost him to cancer. We will always treasure this beautiful picture. ❤️

Excellent customer service!!! I needed help to change my order and they have taken the time to make that possible. I am happy and grateful with the great service they offer to their customers.

The sweetest portrait. It looks exactly like my dog to a T!

Quick and easy! So simple too

I love these pet portraits so much that I purchased one for my friends.
